Staff at front desk were rude as I don’t know what. First encounter I already knew this place was going to suck. Got there a little late(15 mins) for wisdom teeth extraction and I sat there for almost an hour before being called back and then being told they won’t be able to do it since I checked in a bit late. Said the schedule is “tight”. Horrible experience and wish I didn’t have to go through them but unfortunately I was referred through military. I’ll make sure to get there an hour early next time.

Sometimes everything goes wrong. I was referred here by my dentist to get a bone graft and dental implant. The office has easy parking and a nice staff. I can't say my experience with periodontist was positive. The bone graft became infected and leaked releasing bits of bone the first week. I called the periodontist over the weekend and he didn't remember doing a bone graft. That was the first warning. He apologized when I went into office on the following Monday. We had to wait for it to heal so after six months I had an X-ray done to see the results of the bone graph. I was advised I'd hear back from the dentist on the results. Ultimately I had to call back after waiting 4 weeks only to be told to come into the office again. I was I formed that the bone graph was failure but they could try to use a narrower implant. I decided not to do any more work here. It was a waste of almost $3k. 🙁

I had dental implants before and one of them failed😢other doctors said it couldn’t be done. Dr pampalon did my sinus lift and implants and I’m very happy! He gave me hope again😊Mona and Sam made me feel so comfortable! I’m a gagger and they comforted me and made my visit a pleasant one! This office is truly amazing and will refer them to friends and relatives.

I got all four wisdom teeth removed here recently. Dr. Lung and his staff were professional, precise, and quick. They provided excellent service in the office and aftercare. Their receptionist was flexible with my appointment, which I had changed on short notice, and provided good information about what I needed to prepare going in. I was nervous about the experience going in but their professionalism and care is outstanding.
