I had an amazing experience and my daughter had an amazing procedure there last week. The first receptionist that I had an encounter with was NOT pleasant at ALL so I had my doubts about the entire team being mean and degrading like her. But I was amazingly surprised that she was just the one rude, bad apple of the bunch. Everybody else is/was amazing! My daughter is looking forward to having her next procedure done with Dr. Minchino. I highly recommend this practice, just remember not to let the bad apple up front ruin your day.
