From check in to extraction, then follow up was great! Truly felt welcomed in the office with Mary & Danielle for checking in & settling payment afterwards. Shout out to Izzy & Dr. James for going over the process of what was going to happen along w/aftercare directions. The next day, Dr. James called to ensure that I was doing okay & to contact the office if anything changes. Thank you all again for the wonderful experience 🙂

Awesome! My very first visit at this place I felt a warm greeting with welcoming smiles from the front desk inspite of not receiving my med card yet from my Healthcare they assure me that I have the same good service like everyone. Continue to the back with Dr. M. Pampalon and his assistant are very pleasant as well and knowledgeable. Dr. Pampalon a great oral surgeon. I was telling my family and friends how fast the service was. I kind of feeling silly after I asked his assistant if my tooth is gone! And there's no pain for me even after the anesthesia is wear out!

I just walked into the office to have treatment done and was told I needed a consult first when I was scheduled for treatment. If I needed a consultation first, then they had plenty of time to call me and get me on the week prior. The front desk guy was extremely rude and I took off of work to have this done and no consideration was taken. I am very disappointed and will be sure to pass the word on their unprofessionalism.
