The reception service is not helpful, very vague and pretty cryptic with information. I called for additional information regarding an elective surgery and was told that I can’t have any information until I schedule a consultation. I agreed to schedule a consultation and asked for a rough cost on the consultation and was quoted $180 for a consultation. I explained that it seems like a lot to pay $180 for just a consultation and that does not even include any of the actual services. She said “well that’s our fee”. I said I would just like to understand more as this seems very high in comparison with every dentist I have ever been to. Is this without insurance? Then she proceeded to tell me they do not take my insurance. This information would have been helpful to know at the beginning of the 5 minute call. I think with service transactions it it important to be transparent and sadly this is not the case. All of the questions that I had asked about services and costs were unable to be answered.

My daughter has a phobia when it comes to the dentist. High Anxiety and possible panic attacks which will trigger her asthma. Dr. Lung and his associates took very good care of her , making sure she was comfortable the whole time. When it was over she was crying with joy because she did it and with the help of everyone there she was able to get through the procedure with no problem. They were the best I could’ve hoped for. Got me in the next day for a consultation & wisdom teeth removal. They were professional and knowledgeable. The process was easy and comfortable and quick. I had four wisdom teeth removed (2 impacted) with laughing gas and I was in and out within an hour. I recommend them 100%.
