Almost painless reassuring dental care

I am so pleased with the level of professionalism each staff member shared with me, everyone was warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Procedure was remarkably comfortable and quick and the staff who worked on me (Dr.Pampalon and crew) were absolutely amazing and took good care of me. Office environment was well staffed and very clean throughout!

Dr. Haynes was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He operated on my mom. Staff were courteous.

The reception service is not helpful, very vague and pretty cryptic with information. I called for additional information regarding an elective surgery and was told that I can’t have any information until I schedule a consultation. I agreed to schedule a consultation and asked for a rough cost on the consultation and was quoted $180 for a consultation. I explained that it seems like a lot to pay $180 for just a consultation and that does not even include any of the actual services. She said “well that’s our fee”. I said I would just like to understand more as this seems very high in comparison with every dentist I have ever been to. Is this without insurance? Then she proceeded to tell me they do not take my insurance. This information would have been helpful to know at the beginning of the 5 minute call. I think with service transactions it it important to be transparent and sadly this is not the case. All of the questions that I had asked about services and costs were unable to be answered.
