Not an ounce of professionalism at this practice. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks out to make travel arrangements since I am from another island. I got confirmation of my appointment time via text and a few minutes before my appointment I called because I could not find the office and got no answer. I showed up and they tell me my appointment was moved up without my permission and consent so the doctor would not see me despite being less than 5 minutes from my known appointment time. I was given attitude by the two receptionists that didn’t pick up my phone call from the moment I walked in. The story on what the doctor was doing changed several times from the receptionist. My impression- he left early and didn’t want to do his job. His office was supposed to be open for another 1.5 hours after I was there. Not wasting my time off and travel expenses for a whole team of people aiming to deceive. No apologies for miscommunications, no empathy, nobody doing their job. Very disappointed. I personally wouldn’t trust that they would perform the appropriate surgery to a high standard if they can make changes to my schedule without informing me. Scary to think about that same person performing an intense surgery.

The extraction was so fast and painless that when Dr Haynes said "That's it!" I thought he meant he'd gotten the crown off as a sort of warning that 'now comes the hard and painful part: pulling the tooth itself.' But no. He was done and I had felt nothing. It was so fast and seemingly 'easy' that I joked he was being paid too much. But Dr Haynes is definitely worth it.

Excellent experience. I’ve been dealing with underlying medical conditions (cancer and long Covid) that make getting dental work extremely difficult due to associated symptoms. I had been dealing with heavy nausea and vomiting but needed a tooth extracted immediately. Dr. Gregory Lung was very patient and understanding to my health condition. Dr. Lung took the time to ensure I was physically comfortable (keeping me upright to ease the heavy nausea) and offered me breaks throughout the procedure. The molar came out without any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Lung. Thank you so much for your professionalism and caring dental procedure.

Dr. Michino is the best! He removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth and both he and his assistant made her feel so comfortable despite her fears. I would recommend Dr. Michino to any and all folks in need of an oral surgeon. Top notch!!!
