They so nice and when you get chance I’m happy with the friendly atmosphere and great care I had !!! I’m leaving Hawaii very Professional and they made me feel comfortable I was always afraid of dentist I had a bad memory from 2001. There very efficient and knowledgeable !!! If I come back to Hawaii I will make sure that I will be back this is the 2nd time I was referred to them had to have more teeth removed now it’s healed!!! Thanks again !!! Dr Margaret j McCoy

First of all, Dr Gregory Lung, who had been my dentist for a number of years now, is the most amazing medic! He genuinely cares about his patients, he will do anything to accommodate his patients to their unique needs & he is very professional when he interacts with his staff. All his staff is very well trained, friendly & knowledgeable. I am probably the worst patient due to anxiety, yet everyone works as a team to go around obstacles & allow me to receive treatment. How many patients would say that they feel " pampered" by their dentist? Thank you!

Not an ounce of professionalism at this practice. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks out to make travel arrangements since I am from another island. I got confirmation of my appointment time via text and a few minutes before my appointment I called because I could not find the office and got no answer. I showed up and they tell me my appointment was moved up without my permission and consent so the doctor would not see me despite being less than 5 minutes from my known appointment time. I was given attitude by the two receptionists that didn’t pick up my phone call from the moment I walked in. The story on what the doctor was doing changed several times from the receptionist. My impression- he left early and didn’t want to do his job. His office was supposed to be open for another 1.5 hours after I was there. Not wasting my time off and travel expenses for a whole team of people aiming to deceive. No apologies for miscommunications, no empathy, nobody doing their job. Very disappointed. I personally wouldn’t trust that they would perform the appropriate surgery to a high standard if they can make changes to my schedule without informing me. Scary to think about that same person performing an intense surgery.
