I’ve never experienced such dehumanizing treatment at a medical facility. The front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional. After ending phone calls, I overheard them making rude, mocking remarks about patients. When I asked questions, they avoided eye contact, acted overly busy, and responded with cold disinterest — as if I was a nuisance, not a person seeking help. When I asked about pricing, they outright refused to provide even a general range. I explained I understood it could vary, but I needed a ballpark figure to prepare financially. Their response? “You need to pay for a consultation to find out.” No compassion, no transparency — just a wall of indifference and hostility. This isn’t just bad service — it’s deeply unsettling. If this is how they treat people at the front desk, I can’t imagine the level of care they provide behind closed doors.
